Develop an empowering, audience-focused marketing campaign that recognizes the growing influence of single women in the housing market and creates opportunities for stronger connections with this audience. Through intentional messaging and evergreen social content, Her Home Her Power positions Rate's Loan Officers as knowledgeable, approachable resources for women navigating homeownership. The initiative aims to build trust, encourage meaningful conversations, and help Loan Officers tap into a significant and growing market opportunity.

Contributed to the creative direction and development of Her Home Her Power, translating housing market insights and audience data into an engaging campaign designed to connect with single women homebuyers. Developed campaign messaging and social media content that highlights women's purchasing power, celebrates financial independence, and addresses the opportunities surrounding women's homeownership. Helped shape the campaign's positioning and creative approach to equip Loan Officers with ready-to-use marketing resources that build awareness, strengthen consumer relationships, and support business growth.
